- The Government intends to procure (a) 3 each Left Hand Outboard Section P/N 6000-A301-001. (b) 3 each Right Hand Outboard Section P/N 6000-A301-002. (c) 3 each AH Center Section (Complete W/Fwd and Aft Skin Doublers and Struts) P/N 6000-A201-001. (d) 1 each Magazine Mounting Kit P/N 6000-A601-001-01. (e) 3 each Strut Set P/N 6000-A401-002. (f) 4 each M134 Mount Assembly P/N 6000-A302-001 for Army Special Operations Aircraft. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination with delivery to L3 Communications, Attn Mrs. E. Butcher, Bldg 21 Door 12, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Lexington, KY 40516. Required delivery is 120 days ARO. The intended sources is Contract Fabrication and Design, Inc., 5427 FM546 Rd. Princeton, TX, 75407-4763. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 230(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, email: aelder@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-4199.
