- The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission, San Diego Field Office, 2225 Dairy Mart Road, San Ysidro, CA 92173 is seeking to make a single award to a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to repair and restore the structural integrity of the concrete structures under the walkways (launders) in the five (5) Primary Sedimentation Tanks. The contractor shall remove all corroded and damaged concrete, clean up the concrete surface and exposed reinforced steel, repair and rebuild concrete surface with compatible mortar patching materials and apply protective coating. All surface preparation and repair, patching material and protective coating shall be performed in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Concrete Restoration Institute (ICRI), The Corrosion Society (NACE International), The Society for Protective Coatings, (SSPC), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). Estimated issuance date of RFQ IBM05Q0016 is February 16, 2005 and responses are to be received by 5:00 p.m. MST on February 26, 2005. The work under this contract is to be completed in 5 weeks from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range for this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
