- United States Government Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space In St. Louis, Missouri Metro Area Requirement: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease prestigious office and related space consisting of approximately 12,205 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield approximately 10,613 to 10,931 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Structural support columns shall be no closer than 20 feet, center to center. Sixty (60) parking spaces (5 handicapped) must be available within a 2-block radius from offered space, at reasonable commercial rates. On-site parking is preferred. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less does not meet the parking requirement. Two (2) surface parking spaces must be on-site, marked reserved. Public transportation must be available within two blocks of the space. Delineated Area: Within the following boundaries; North: Olive Boulevard, South: Clayton Road, East: Interstate 170, West: Highway 141/Woods Mill Road. Location: St. Louis, Missouri Metro Area Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy within 240 days from the date of lease award. Lease Term: The proposed rental term shall be ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm. Both existing space and new construction will be considered. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government?s requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space or sites for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building or property offered.
