- GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for a National Stock Number (NSN) 5133-00-222-9471, Drill, Twist, (Carbide Tipped). This is a small business set aside. This NSN is part of GSA?s Stock Program, and will be included in an upcoming formal solicitation to be issued within the next year. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB destination.
