DOCUMENT CONVERSION BY PROCESS OF ELECTRIC NUMBERING OF ORIGINAL; STATE-OF-THE-ART SCANNING OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TEXT IMAGES INTO DIGITAL DATA, WHICH IS THEN TRANSFERRED INTO A NEW MEDIA AND FORMAT, OCR & MANUAL CODING AND LABELING. Contractor must operate within the IRS locality (approx. within a 50 miles radius). Secured location must meet the Security and Disclosure IRM requirements for a ?Restricted Access? area. Approximate number of documents is 80,000 pages. Estimated ?Period of Performance? to commence on Feb. 1st through March 31, 2005.
