- The Bureau of the Public Debt will issue a commercial item solicitation to acquire the fixed-price professional services of multiple Contractors for the Community Development Financial Institution Fund (CDFI) located in Washington, D.C. to review certification, funding, and tax allocation applications for it?s programs including, (1) The Bank Enterprise Award (BEA) Program; (2) The Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Program; (3) The Native American CDFI Assistance (NACA) Program; and (4) The New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. The period of performance is for the base year and 4 option periods. The Contractors shall perform the following tasks: (1) evaluate applications for funding; (2) review applications for Community Development Enterprises and/or CDFI certification , (3) complete eligibility reviews; (4) conduct follow-up reviews; (5) present recommendations to a review panel; and (6) prepare documentation for debriefings. It is anticipated that each application will take between three to seven hours to complete the review depending on type of program. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
