- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to award this contract to a service disabled veteran owned small business concern on a sole source basis; Oologah Technician, Inc., Bldg 9101 Suite C Stennis Space Center, MS 39529. This contract is for literature assimilation support to help build digital littoral oceanographic databases in support of Mine Warefare (MIW). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. See Note(s) 22.
