- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price service type contract for the lease of pagers in support of Naval Hospital, Bremerton WA. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Arch Wireless Holdings, per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The lease will be for 550 pagers (tone, vibration, digital display) for individual call, 20 pagers for group call and 30 alphanumeric pagers for individual call. The pagers must hold a minimum of five pages and have a range that includes Oregon, Idaho and all of Washington State, response time to trouble calls shall not exceed 4 hours. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. Base year is to be from 03/01/2005 through one year thereafter. Solicitation to be issued on or about January 27, 2005 with a ten day closing. Delivery is FOB destination to the Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA (x ) 1.
