- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) PCIDM-V2 Cards (Quantity - 10 each) and 2) PRC-117F Cables (Quantity - 10 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Innovative Concepts Inc. due to unique capability of this material to enable data radio communication with a variety of IDM capable platforms and to support all IDS based message protocols for standard military UHF/VHF radios; and the cabling is specific to the radio and encryption devices being used by the user. This material contains proprietary data. Core software elements have been developed and certified based on this PCIDM-V2 card. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide this material without compromising th! e quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency.
