Description
The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for multi-disciplinary medical care services at the Naval Hospital, Great Lakes, IL, the Naval Medical Clinic, Quantico, VA, the Naval Medical Clinic, Annapolis, MD, the Naval Medical Clinic, Patuxent River, MD, the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD and any DoD, or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the States of Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, the eastern portion of Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin who have been granted authority under ?10 USC 1091 are considered within the scope of this contract. This is a competitive procurement for multi-disciplinary health care worker indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), personal services type contract(s). The types of health care workers providing services under the resulting contract(s) will cover a broad spectrum of medical care ranging from Physicians and Registered Nurses to Medical Assistants and various skilled Technicians and Technologists. Though the labor categories contemplated under this procurement differ, they are all in the same functional area of medical care services. Multiple Personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contracts are contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is: 36,564 hours of Physician services; 80,608 hours of Allied Health services; 46,256 hours of Advanced Practice Nurse services; 58,352 hours of Nurse services; 137,536 hours of Technologist services and 110,040 hours of Technician services. The maximum quantity is approximately 726,588 hours of services. See Numbered Note 1. The contract(s) will have a five year ordering period. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil when released on or about 7 February 2005.
