- U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award to Aligned Management Association (AMA) a Purchase Order for the procurement of MMVR Conference and Consultant Services. AMA is the designated source and sole possessor of these servi ces, because this is their meeting, which originated with them. This is their conference. They are the only ones who dedicate 3 days to the field of Medical Modeling and Simulation and Virtual Reality in Medicine. The government believes that AMA is the only organization that can support these services for this conference.
