- The U.S. Army Communication-Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract with a 100% option, for 28 Relay Assemblies, NSN 5945-00-368-8202. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The small busi ness standard is 750 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335314. Delivery shall be 28 units, 120 days after award. The shipments are to be FOB Destination, while Inspection and Acceptance will be at Source. Items ar e to be shipped to Red River Munitions CTR, Highway 82, West Gate 44 Bldg 184, Texarkana TX, 75507-5000. Packaging, Preservation, and marking shall be as specified in the contract.
