Description

The US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Natick Acquisition Center intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis and award a modification on Contract No. W58P05-04-C-0014 to Paraflite, Inc., 5800 Magnolia Ave, Pennsauken, N J 08109-1399 for the purchase of 1,867 each of XT-11 Personnel Parachute Harnesses, Packtrays, XT-11R Reserve parachutes, 15-foot ATPS Static Lines with curved pin, and various Spare Parts and Tools. This will require delivery of set amounts of these to a separate contractor for final consolidation and shipment to Government locations. CAGE CODE 57172. Authority is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Due to the proprietary nature o f the design and manufacturing processes, these components are only available from Paraflite Inc. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination. Deliveries of shipments will commence 90 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NA ICS) code is 314999; the size standard is 500 employees.
