- This is an advance notice for solicitation number W911S7-05-B-0003. The estimated issue date is 07 Feb 2005. The estimated range for this award is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demo nstation Program. This project is located at TA-190, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove the old tunnel system, and replace it with a new tunnel system constructed utilizing a com bination of 36 Inch as well as 72 Inch Corrugated Metal Pipe. NOTE: The pipe is on site, supplied by the Government. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to digging up the old tunnel system, and extending, filling, and leveling the trench a s required to install the new CMP. Installing a perforated drain pipe in the bottom of the trench under the new CMP. Installing head walls at the tunnel entrances. Installing a ramp at the upper tunnel entrance. This solicitation requirement will be po sted to the website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if required) from the website. It is the bidder's responsibility to monitor this site for the relea se of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All responsive and responsible bids will be considered. Paper solicitations will NOT be issued. Fax or Electronically transmitted offers will NOT be accepted.
