Description

This requirement is going to be posted as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code for this requirement will be 531130 and the size standard is $21.5 million. The scope of work is that the contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, freight, and other items and services necessary to store systems furniture for the Centralized Integration Support Facilty, Building 2025, 1050 E Stewart Ave, Peterson AFB CO 80914-2902. 1. The Specific tasks required will be as follows: The contractor shall provide one neat and clean climate controlled secure 1500 sq. ft. storage facility. The contractor shall provide a detailed inventory listing of all Building 2025 system furniture, and have the listing broken down into new and old categories. The inventory will be updated no later than 5 days after removal or placement of furniture into storage and provide an updated inventory to SMC LG/LGRF. The contractor shall provide adequate insurance coverage in the event of fire, theft, or loss of furniture. The exception would be acts of God. The contractor shall provide transportation of systems furniture to and from Building 2025 at no additional cost to the governement. I am also going to need your companies Central Contractor Registration information, if there are any discounts what are they, and any GSA schedule information if applicable.
