Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to extend the service of Lexis-Nexis, 1150 18th Street NW, STE 600, Washington, DC 20036-3843, for the following: online access to computerized automated legal research (CALR) services. The period of performance will be from 1 Feb 2005 thru 31 Jul 2005. The requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of Section 201, 40 U.S.C. 501 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 3:00 p.m. CST on 28 Jan 2005.
