- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking two contractors to provide Optometry Services for Coos and Curry counties. NAICS 621320/ size standard: $6.0 million. This acquisition is set aside for 100% small business.
