- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking for firms that are Small Business Construction firms interested in the opportunity to Design Build a multilevel 1430 space parking structure at the Pittsburgh Healthcare System (University Drive Division) in Pittsburgh, PA. The purpose of this announcement is to determine if there are qualified small business firms interested in competing for this project. VA?s goal is to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to a Small Business concern with extensive prior experience in the development of parking structures, development of fee collection methods and calculation of suitable fees. Procurement will be by the Two-Phase Design Build Best-Value procurement method.
