- RFP# JC-RIV-4-03 for Technical Assistance and Training with media support will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website: http://www.eps.gov on or about February 7, 2005. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be cost reimbursable for a 1-year base period of September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006 plus four governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. This 11 state region services 16 contract centers, 8 civilian conservation centers, and 5 outreach/career transition contracts. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 11, 2005 at the Dallas JC Regional Office located at 525 S. Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas, 75202. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Tuesday, March 22, 2005 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
