- Solicitation for NSN 5940-01-145-9299, 0010768667, Quick Disconnect Splice Set. First Article Test (Contractor) I/A/W MIL-C-82632. See MIL-HDBK-831 dated 23 Apr 1999 for guidance in the preparation of the first article test report. An Export Control technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests via Internet: https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil. Critical application item. I/A/W Drawing DD-53711-5545977, Amend A, dated 08/16/82, Type 5545977-2. Quantity is 6877 Kits (KT). Contains a 100% quantity option that may be exercised up to 30 days prior to final delivery. Delivery is 246 days ARO. FOB is destination 3170 KT to Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, and 3707 KT to DDSP New Cumberland, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. QAP is 002. Unrestricted procurement. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR Subpart 32.5. This is not considered a commercial item.
