- RH04343003, NSN 6130-01-508-3397, Analyzer-Charger, Battery, in accordance with Eagle-Picher Technologies, Cage 81855, Part Number MSD-970-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies ? Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 17 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 68 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 136 EA. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination, Q001. Requested delivery is 85 DARO. There is no surge requirement for this IQC. Possible stock delivery locations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA . Solicitation may be available for issue on or about February 10, 2005 and close on or about March 10, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
