- DESCRIPTION: NPE 05005000692, 5962-01-491-4669. Approved source(s): CMC Electronics (90073) & Raytheon (4U884) The requirement is for 92 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA, Norfolk, VA, and Jacksonville, FL within 180 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 45 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 7 February 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various increments solicited: from 46 ea to 49 ea; from 50 ea to 99 ea; from 100 ea to 150 ea; from 151 ea to 200 ea; and 201 ea to 300 ea. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
