- The Coast Guard seeks to award one contract for the procurement of overhaul services for HC130 Hydraulic Boost Packages for a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, not to exceed a total of five years. Components and estimated annual quantities are as follows: Aileron Boost Package, NSN 1650-01-134-4415, P/N 374455-7 or 1650-00-784-9692, P/N 37455-3, Estimated Annual Quantity of 15 per year; Elevator Boost Package, NSN 1650-00-78-9693, P/N 374461-5 or 374451-605, Estimated Annual Quantity of 08 per year; Rudder Boost Package, NSN 1650-01-132-3641, P/N 372021-11 or NSN 1650-00-675-2636, P/N 372021-3, or NSN 1650-00-651-4180, P/N 372021-5, or NSN 165000-304-1521, P/N 372021-7, Estimated Annual Quantity of 10 per year. Overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the U.S. Air Force Technical Orders 9H2-4-96-13, IPB 9H2-4-96-14, TO 9H2-4-44-23, IPB 9H2-4-44-24, TO 9H2-4-96-23 AND IPB 9H2-4-96-24. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. The source for these technical orders is OC-ALC/LIRR, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3029. This requirement will be satisfied as a small-business set-aside; NAICS Code 336413, using commercial acquisition procedures specified in FAR Part 12. Offerors must possess a current OEM certification or a U.S. Air Force certification to perform overhaul and service on the items listed above and must provide proof of these certifications with their proposals. Request for Proposal HSCG38-05-R-H00003 will be released on or about 28 February 2005.
