- Description
- Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Mid South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) at 5171 Sam Jared Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 plans to solicit for Pharmacist, Computer Operator I-IV, Computer Programmer I-IV, Computer System Analyst I-III, Accounting Clerk II, Supply Technician and Personnel Assistant I-IV. The CMOP intends to award a firm fixed price non-personal service contract. The contract period will consist of a base year from date of award with four additional one-year renewal options. The total terms of the contract is not to exceed five years. The tours of duty are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:00 midnight. Due to production requirements, overtime might be required to include Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays. Background investigations and drug test are required. The contractor shall provide all supervision, professional advice/guidance, labor and personnel in accordance with the Scope of Work. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be available on or about August 13, 2004.
