- Single award term contract for Department of Veteran Affairs, Health Eligibility Center, Atlanta, GA. Beginning Date of Award and ending January 31, 2006, with 4 possible options years. Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover the production of envelopes requiring such operations as films, printing, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 110 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 1,000 to 40,000 copies per order. TRIM SIZE: Various envelope sizes, 3-7/8 x 8-7/8" to 10 x 15". Deliver f.o.b. destination to VA, Health Eligibility Center, 2957 Clairmont Rd., Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30329-1647. Complete production and delivery is required within 10 to 26 workdays.
