Description

The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,800 rentable square feet of office space and 6 parking spaces in Cranbury, New Jersey. The delineated area is as follows: East: NJ Turnpike, South, Cranbury Half Acre Road heading west to State Road 535 south to State Road 614 West; West: North Main Street heading North to Route 130 North to the NJ Turnpike interchange 8A; and North: Dey Road heading East to State Road 535 North to State Road 614 East. The Government will consider the costs of alterations, and other cost factors when considering any given office space for theis procurement. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied bya letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
