Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to procure Five Thousand (5000) Blades. Description: Blade, Second, .042" thick X 1" wide X 29.125" )=.000". -.015") long UHB blue polished spring with round edge, hardened and tempered, edge to be straight within .005" over over entire length with no nicks or burrs. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.10601. See numbered notes 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 and 13 shall be used.
