- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy' RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to BITCENTRAL for qty 2 each of a Metro data converter, HSSI ECL CE Module, EIA-530 CE Module, OC-3/STM-1 mm Module. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government.
