Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. The Government will base award on Best Value. The Government will be considering the lowest bidder meeting all specifications and past performance evaluation of contractor?s performance and quality of equipment proposed. Provide two (2) references (name, address, and phone numbers) when submitting your quotation. ITEM 0001 Tray Conveyor for Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek Galley, One Tray Conveyor to include installation per the following Performance of Work Statement: Contractor is to remove and dispose of existing scullery conveyor table and fabricate new table from stainless steel. Install supports that have adjustable floor pads to ensure conveyor height between 36 to 39 inches. The belting will need to be 10 inch wide radius tab chain. Motor drive will be wash down duty 1hp running at approximately 60fpm. Conveyor to have 2 start/stop station. Plumbing to be determined but will include three spray nozzles, spray manifold, installation of disposal, belt-cleaning sprayers and drain hook-ups. Conveyor approximately 42 feet long starting 30 inches beyond load window to 4 feet from back wall at the radius. Overall width to be 32 inches with 8 inch wide X 12 inch deep trough running approximately 20 feet on one side.
