- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This is a synopsis for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to purchase HP printers with extended warranties. Given that these printers are part of a larger system only the specific make and model equipment is acceptable. Sixteen (16) each HP LaserJet 4200DTN, H-P-Q2428A#201 with 3 year NBD on site service printer, HPE-HH5479E. Six (6) each HP CLJ4650DN Color LaserJet, H-P-Q3670A#ABA with 3 year NBD on site service printer, HPE-H3113E. FOB destination applies. Include delivery time. The order will be firm fixed price. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00178-05-Q-1905. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with award to a small business. NAICS code 334419 with size standard of 1,000 applies. Award will be based on price, and delivery schedule.
