Description

Furnish all labor, personnel, vehicles, transportation, equipment and supplies, necessary to perform Part Attendant Services at three locations, Buckhorn Lake, located in South-Eastern Kentucky, Trace Branch Campground, located North of the City of H yden, Kentucky, and Carr Creek Lake, located in Knott County in South-Eastern Kentucky. There will be a total of three awards made from this Request for Quote (RFQ), each with an estimated value of $100,000 or less. Contract Base Period will run for a on e-year period from date of award. Performance period will from approximately 1 April thru approximately 30 October, depending on location. This Request for Quote (RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contract for two (2) one-year period. Award o f this RFQ will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered for award will be Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 26 January 2005, and an approximate due date of 9 February 2005, @ 4:0 0 PM, Local Time. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
