- This acquisition is for the procurement of a twenty-five (25) each, Detectors, Radio Frequency: IAW NSN 1430-01-407-6165 and Drawing Number A3188124-001. This is a Small Business Set-Aside buy and will be a Fixed Price contract. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has established a Business Opportunity Page (BOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Quotes (RFQs) from CECOM to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information via the Interactive Business Opportunities Page, the Armys Single Face to Industry at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Up on accessing this web page, select CECOM & Electronics Command. You may access potential CECOM Business Opportunities by simply typing guest for the login ID and password. Registration for a user ID and password will only be through the IBOP. Offers s hall be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer. Reverse Auction procedures will apply to this procurement. Award will be made by the lowest price submitted under the reverse auction technique. The date of the Reverse Auction is TBD. Those offeror s/bidders invited to participate in the Reverse Auction will be notified and issued Passwords and Login to be used to access the auction. If you are selected to participate in the Auction, Contractor must pre-register prior to submitting electronic propos als. All files submitted on this site shall be in the format specified by the Government or specified in the Solicitation instructions. Currently, files shall be prepared in either Microsoft (MS) Word for Windows Version 6, Rich Text Format (RTF), MS Exce l Version 5, and MS Power Point Version 4 (depending on the type of document being generated). If a contractor creates a file(s) using another software product, it is the contractors responsibility to convert the file(s) into one of the above formats pri or to uploading the file(s) electronically. Lastly, if you are currently registered on this site be sure that you have the capability to Browse and Post. If you are a registered user and have only the Browse capability you will not be able to Post your q uote to the site. Below are the steps you will need to take when posting to the IBOP: To post a new quote/proposal submission: 1. Open the solicitation form the proposal is related to by clicking on it. 2.
