PRON: AX5C0269AX, NSN: 1680-001-420-0889, PN: 4067R9 QUANTITY: Min: 21 each/Max: 105; 5 Year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, applicab le to the CH-47, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Goodrich Corporation Cage Code 3HRL4. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, not is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the pa rt. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activitys procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having ju risdiction over the part in the intended application. Production Lead-time is 21 each, 105 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to co mpete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjuste d dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequat e technical data is not available for this acquisition.
