Description

We intend to award a delivery order contract to Applied Technical Systems Inc., 3505 NW Anderson Hill Road, Suite 200, Silverdate, WA, 98383-9161 on a sole source basis. The contract will enable us to issue delivery orders over a 5 year period to Ap plied Technical Systems to produce specialized and unique intelligence analysis applications using Contiguous Configuration Module (CCM"), and derivative technology, NdCore". Applied Technical Systems is the sole proprietor of the copywrited and patented CCM" and NdCore" software engines. The estimated value of the delivery orders over the 5-year period is $50M. Anyone who thinks they can perform this contract must provide evidence that they have the ability to produce applications for intelligence and problem analysis using CCM" and NdCore" on or before 2 February 2005.
