- Project Description: Project LXEZ 04-5070, entitled Construct Animal Kennels, located at Kadena Air Base shall include, but not limited to site clearing and grubbing, earthwork, and removal and disposal of existing AC pavement, concrete sidewalks and stairway, abondoned overhead secondary power lines. Site developments includes AC pave parking, curbs and gutters, pavement markings, concrete sidewalks, dog exercise and visiting fields, chain link fence and gates, environment and erosion protection measures, tree planting and turfing. Work includes the construction of a one-story concrete Administration Building and two (2) one-storey Dog Boarding Structures including all related mechanical and electrical requirements. Exterior utilities include storm drainage system, sewage disposal system, water supply system, portion of rerouted water line, power distribution system, and communication system. Exterior support structures include a trash enclosure, a trasformer station, wading pools, shade structure; and other incidental and related work in accordance with the Contract specifications and drawings.
