- This requirement is sole source to Benz Airborne Systems (Cage 1CP32), Fort Worth, TX. The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a five year (basic year and four annual options) firm fixed price requirements type contract for the repair of the Signal Data Converter applicable to the UH-1N Torque Pressure Indicator System. NSN: 6620014223447GA, P/N: 201-0001-3, Noun: Signal Data Converter, Function: converts DC signal from transmitter to an AC signal for instruments. Basic year BEQ is 35 each, BEQ for Option I through IV is 25 each. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
