- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 20 January, 2005. Solicitation number FA4600-05-T-0013 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, and the small business size standard is $12 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Installation of electrical wiring and connection of air compressors IAW the Statement of work on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-05-T-0013 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail to TSgt R. Jason Eder at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 3 February 2005 at 12:00pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 am (CST), 27 January 2005, at Offutt AFB, NE. Only one site visit will be granted. If you wish to attend the site visit you must notify R. Jason Eder via e-mail at Roland.Eder@offutt.af.mil or fax at 402-294-4069, by 3:00pm (CST), 26 January 2005. Please provide names of all the individuals that will be attending. Those contractors who are unable to get access to on base must bring their valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration for a base pass if necessary.
