Description

The PVAMC (Portland VA Medical Center) is soliciting quotations to provide off-site dictation and medical transcription services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, Oregon, in accordance with all terms and conditions of this contract. Contract period shall be one year from date of award, with four, one-year options for renewal. The Government intends to award a contract to one vendor for the entire contract requirements. Dictation will be done by staff at Portland VAMC that includes Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA campuses, 5 Community-based Outpatient Clinics and VA Fee Basis Providers located throughout Washington and Oregon. Solicitation is for the period beginning April 29, 2005 through December 31, 2005 with four (4) one-year options. NAICS: 811412. Procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
