- Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC website www.dscc.dla.mil. after 09 Feb 2005. After reaching the website, click on ?Selling to DSCC? then ?Doing Business with DSCC?. Next, click on ?Business Opportunities? and then click on ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations.? Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 3-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 2 option years). Options are 100% Options for Increased Quantity for 119 electronic NSNs within the following Federal Supply Classes: 1290, 5905, 5910, 5915, 5920, 5925, 5930, 5935, 5945, 5950, 5955, 5960, 5961, 5962, 5963, 5965, 5980, 5985, 5998, 5999, 6060, 6145 and 6625. Solicitation is Full and Open After Exclusion of Sources. Several items are QPL items. Only approved QPL sources will be considered. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. FOB destination will apply. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item.
