The services will take place at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois. A draft scope of work will be posted for all interested parties to review and provide comments back to the General Services Administration, Region 5, Office of Property Development, attention Robert Green. Some of the areas that GSA is looking for comments on include: Are the service requirements clear and understandable? Are there better ways for providing the services described? Are there any requirements that contractors would not be able to meet? Any and all comments are welcomed. Please send comments to the attention of Robert Green by e-mail, fax, or phone. Please provide comments as soon as possible but no later than January 28, 2005. This is only a notice for the posting of a draft scope of work. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A separate synopsis announcement will be posted that will identify the requirement and provide the expected solicitation release date.
