Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River intends to issue a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Navigation Systems Division, 21240 Burbank Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91367 for the upgrade of four P-3C/EP-3 Replacement Inertial Navigation Units to the RINU-G configuration. The upgrades will support efforts under the P-3C/EP-3 Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) Program. Northrop Grumman is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the RINU, and as such has sole possession of all data, drawings, and specifications required to complete the integration and necessary software modifications to the RINU.
