Description: The following information is added to our previous announcment for the Modularity Program at Fort Carson. The Multiple Site work is full and open competition with no restrictions. It is the intent of the Omaha District's Project Delivery Team to optimize opportunities in this acquisition for the Small Business Community and Tribal and/or Indian-owned economic enterprises (hereafter referred to as SBC). This solicitation will be sma ll business friendly. SBC members are encouraged to participate as prime contractors and subcontractors in this solicitation.
