Required delivery without First Article is 50 each, 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to H. Koc h & Sons Co. Inc., CAGE Code: 99449 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical descripti on of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required i tem described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
