- Contractor will remediate a small arms firing range and obtain clean closure documentation, a No Further Action Letter or Covenant Not to Sue, from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency under the agency's Voluntary Action Program guideline and rul es. The Contractor must prepare all necessary documentation, attend all required regulatory meetings in accordance with the provision of Ohio environmental Protection Agency regulations, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, as amended, the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan, and the Statement of Work.
