DESC: OC-ALC/LPKPA DIR CONTRACTING/PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AG1 109H TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3232 Solicitation FA8104-05-R-0216 Case, N2 Compressor For additional information contact Lori L.Glass LPKPA (405) 739-5507 Item 0001 NSN 2840-00-787-7837RV, P/N: 364873, Applicable to: TF33 Engine. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 30 Jul 2005. Range Quantity: 38 EA MIN, 75 EA MED, and 94 EA MAX. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Only new manufactured material and new unused surplus is acceptable. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. These qualifications apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate issue date will be 01 Feb 2005. The anticipated award date is 14 Mar 2005. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Written quotations are required. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or that manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in the original solicitation. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offeros, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. This procurement will consider the Red-Yellow-Green Program ratings on FSCs in the evaluation of past performance. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
