- DynCorp Local Purchase at Vance AFB,OK intends to award a sole source contract to ITD of Destin, Inc., PO Box 122, Destin, FL 32540 for parts, transportation and installation required for ATC,RAPCON, and Receiver Site Protection Packages for equipment presently installed at VANCE AFB,OK. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified protection packages they must respond to this notice before 4:00 p.m.( Cental Time) on Tuesday January 25,2005.
