Description
SOL: 261-0066-05 Due: Feb. 11, 2005 Request for Proposal ? Cotinine Testing The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for radioimmunoassay testing of cotinine test strips to determine the level of cotinine. Potential contractors must be licensed to perform radioimmunoassays on urine samples for a quantitative measure of cotinine. Laboratory must have extensive experience in the collection, handling, storage and testing of urine samples for cotinine testing. Laboratory must be able to accept frozen urine samples in cryovials stored at -20?F. Frozen urine samples will be sent in batches from the site to the laboratory. Required turnaround time for results is one week after receipt of samples. This effort will support the Research Department at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website.
