- Description
- The US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) is currently conducting market research to gather information on businesses qualified to provide internet based data management services. Specifically, we are requesting information from industry to find companies that have experience doing work the same or similar in nature, scope and magnitude to the work described in the attached document. The purpose of exchanging information is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential Offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services, including construction, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. The Department has begun drafting a performance work statement and criteria for evaluation of proposals and is making these documents available for review and comment by interested parties. Please take the time and read the attached documents and provide your comments by February 24, 2005.
