This NSN is procured in accordance with military specification MIL-E 24572B, Type MILE24572-I-4, QAP 002 applies. This is an Unrestricted solicitation and will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
