Configuration control applies. Item is export controlled and is critical, but not CSI. IQC, base + 4 option years, est quantities are 120 base year and 80 option years. There is a contractor first article requirement. 100% small business set-aside, FOB destination, I/A origin,135 days, FAT delivery is 45 days ARO. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, military critical technical data agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. A copy of the solicition will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
